At Recharge Wellness Club Danvers, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and a meaningful wellness experience. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in how we handle refunds and cancellations. Please review our updated refund policy below.
One-Time Purchases
Refunds for one-time purchases (such as single session passes or individual services) may be issued only if the purchased service has not been used, redeemed, or scheduled. Once a service has been fully or partially used, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Recurring Memberships & Subscriptions
For recurring payments (including and monthly memberships and auto-renewing subscriptions as well as Pack Passes), refunds are limited to the most recent billing cycle and only if no services were used during that period.

If any studio session, consultation, or service is used within a billing period, that month is considered active and non-refundable.

Memberships must be canceled prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges.No retroactive refunds will be issued for failure to cancel.
For Recharge One Passes

This is a 12-month membership commitment.

Early cancellation for cause requires a fee equal to 2 months; dues.

Causes: Moved more than 15 miles from club location, written doctors excluding one from Recharge Treatments.

You may freeze your membership for up to 1 months per year with 14-day written notice.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Used or partially used services

Promotional or discounted passes (unless otherwise stated in writing)

Gift cards or pre-paid packages

Missed appointments or no-shows
Cancellation Policy
It is the clients responsibility to manage and cancel their membership or subscription as needed. Cancellations must be completed in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of sign-up or through our customer service team. Cancellations submitted after a billing date will take effect the following cycle.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life can bring unexpected events. Refund requests outside of this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Recharge Wellness Club Danvers. Approval is not guaranteed.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
