Introduction to Recharge Danvers

If you’re new to Recharge Wellness Club Danvers, your first reaction might be: “These prices can’t be real.”
They are, and the reason is simple.

Recharge is built more like a fitness club for wellness, not a traditional spa where you pay per session. Instead of “one-and-done” visits, we believe wellness works best when it’s consistent—something you do several times a week or month, just like training in the gym.

That’s why we offer unlimited wellness through flexible Passes and Packs, so you can choose what fits your schedule and goals—whether you want a Day Pass, a monthly option, or a longer-term membership experience.

This model was proven at the original club in Strongsville, Ohio, where thousands of clients have purchased and renewed unlimited wellness access since opening.

Studio Experience & Sessions

What’s the difference between private and semi-private studios?

 

We offer two types of studio environments:

  • Private Studios are reserved just for you during your scheduled session. These include therapies like Hydrotherapy, Oxygen Bath, and PEMF.

  • Semi-Private Studios allow multiple guests to use the space at the same time (e.g., Massage Chairs, Red Light Panels), while still maintaining personal space and relaxation.

 

If privacy is important for a particular therapy, just let us know when you book.

 

How long are the sessions?

 

  • Sessions range from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the treatment.

  • Most guests book 2–4 sessions per visit, and stay anywhere from 60–90 minutes. There’s no time limit—you’re welcome to recharge at your own pace.

Will someone explain each therapy TO ME?

 

Yes absolutely, 30+ therapies is a lot to take in on your first visit to Recharge so we offer free unlimited consultations based on each clients needs or current medical conditions.  You are welcome to schedule a free consultation before your first visit.

First-Time Guests

Can I bring a friend or guest with me?

Yes, we offer guest passes and encourage you to share the Recharge experience with others! Guests can purchase a 1-Day Pass or join you as part of a family add-on plan. Passes are not shareable, but we make it easy for everyone to try.

 

Is there a minimum age to visit Recharge?

 

Guests must be 18 years or older to use most modalities. Some treatments may have additional requirements or supervision guidelines. If you’re unsure, just ask and we’ll guide you to the most appropriate options.

 

What should I bring with me?

 

We recommend:

  • Comfortable athletic wear (e.g., shorts and a t-shirt or sports bra)

  • A water bottle

  • Optional: light sandals or flip-flops

 

Towels and amenities are provided where needed, and most therapies are done fully clothed. No special gear required, just come ready to relax.

Booking, Passes & App

WHEN DOES MY PASS START?

 

Your pass starts on the date of your first scheduled appointment, Not on the date you purchased the pass.   You can schedule an unlimited number of sessions while your pass is active.  Unused passes never expire. If you receive an email letting you know your pass is set to expire, simply call the club and we will extend your pass.

We recommend when buying a 1-Day pass to purchase it a week or more before you are planning to use it to make sure there are plenty of therapies available to book on your 1-Day visit.  All therapies are scheduled ahead of your visit to make sure that they are available when you arrive.

First Time Customer Specials?

 

Once you leave the club after your first visit you no longer qualify as a first-time customer.  If you purchase a pass or a Groupon offer you may upgrade or purchase a first-time pass during your first visit as a first-time customer.

HOW DO PASSES WORK?

 

After you buy a pass the booking calendar will become available, and you will be able to schedule as many sessions as you would like for everything included with your pass.  You may choose the start date at checkout in the event you would like to purchase a promotional pass but are unable to use it right away.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT FOR THE NORMAL PASSES?

 

No, there are absolutely no contracts to sign, no minimum commitments, or hidden fees just a simple straight forward unlimited pass that gives you access to all of the therapies you purchased for the time desired.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?

 

Yes, absolutely.  You can cancel your unlimited pass online, at the club or on the app.  We made it easy so customers can come and go as they please, so when your ready to re-activate your unlimited pass its quick.

CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE PASSES?

 

Absolutely, you can purchase as many passes as you wish.  If you are buying a pass as a gift please let the front desk know so we don't ruin the surprise.

CAN I PURCHASE A PASS FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

 

Absolutely, after you make your purchase, we recommend calling or sending us an email so that we can note the account.

Is there an app I can use to manage my bookings?

Yes! You can manage all sessions and passes through our Recharge Booking App (powered by Wix). You’ll get instructions and login details after your first visit or purchase.

Wellness & Safety

are your therapies safe for people with medical conditions?

 

Yes, our treatments are non-invasive, low-risk, and can be customized for your needs.

We regularly work with clients recovering from:

  • Chronic pain

  • Surgery

  • Cancer treatment

  • Autoimmune disorders

  • Hormonal or inflammatory conditions

 

If you have specific concerns, we recommend starting with a free wellness consultation. For guests with underlying conditions, we also recommend that you consult with your physician before enhancing your wellness routine.

Policies

What happens if I miss a session or need to cancel?

 

If you miss a session, no problem—there are no fees or penalties. But out of respect for other guests, we encourage you to cancel online if you know you won’t make it.

This helps keep the schedule open for others and ensures we can accommodate everyone.

To optimize studio availability at Recharge Danvers a maximum number of passes are sold each month to make sure each guest has access to modalities, and they have a good experience at the club.
